What have I been working on?
Currently, as a lead and senior designer for Tridion, I am responsible of translating product requirements to high quality design deliverables. I work closely with Product Management on refining, improving and shaping the product vision and strategy. The user and customer perspective is the key in this process by involving user/customer research, persona definition, prototyping, validation of assumptions and hypothesis, and other tools from of the Lean UX toolbox.
In the meantime, I engage with the various agile development teams to support the implementation of the product, UX vision and strategy.
I mentor new UX designers for their career.
